Memory is such an integral part of our day-to-day lives, and it is entirely dependent on the brain to retrieve the required information at any given point of time. For the memory to be in its optimum form; the brain ought to be fit and healthy. Rather it needs to be occupied with constant activity. A passive brain is not agile and its memory slowly begins to fade.
